1. What Information We Collect

Funseek collects personally-identifying information from you when you elect to register to use the Service. You may elect to not provide such personally-identifying information but in such case you may not be able to use the features and functionality of the Service requiring registration. When you register a profile with Funseek, we collect and retain the information you submit, which may be required to use some or all of the Service. Additionally, you may access the Service through a social network account, in which case Funseek may receive additional information about your profile as you approve as part of such access. For example, if you elect to log on to the Service using your Facebook credentials, we will collect the information that is disclosed in the process of logging on using such credentials. In addition to information about yourself, you may choose to share information about yourself in User Content. Any submission of such information are considered public, and at your own discretion.

In addition to the information you submit, we may collect information generated during your use and interactions with the Service. Such information may be tracked to your user identification on the Service. Such information includes but is not limited to internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time. By using the Service, you consent to our retaining all the above-described information as long as Funseek sees fit. 2. How Funseek Uses Your Personal Information

We will not sell or rent your personally-identifying information to any third party except to the extent you are made aware that we are transmitting your personally-identifying information to a third party around the time of such transmission (for example, the purchase of a ticket). We may, however, use certain information about you that is not personally identifiable. And we may elect to send you information from third parties that may be of interest to you.

We use public information collected to determine the kinds of content that you would like to view and to assist any event organizers and advertisers in targeting their events and advertising.

We may also use your name, email address and other information on our system to notify you of new product releases, service notifications, and to solicit your feedback and input. Those emails will contain links for preference management and where appropriate, unsubscribe links should you decide you do not want to receive further emails.

You understand and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose any information we may have about you and the contents of your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of our affiliates or the public. Funseek is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that Funseek receives.

Funseek may maintain copies of your User Content, Events and other information you submit to us indefinitely, or delete certain User Content, Events or such other information in whole or in part if Funseek determines, in its sole discretion, to do so for any or no reason.

We use non-personally-identifying information and certain technical information about your computer and your access of the Service (including your internet protocol address) in order to operate, maintain, market and manage the Service.

Funseek may disclose information about you to its partners in order to provide the Service, resolve service problems and correct errors in the Service, to communicate with you about the Service, to provide you with advertising and promotional information in connection with the Service, and to enhance your experience on the Service. However, we do not give our partners an independent right to share this information.

Due to our contractual obligations with these third parties and the need to share information to deliver and support the Service, we cannot provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of sharing information (whether personally-identifying information or other information) with these third parties other than by you choosing to not register for the Service.

You can terminate your account at any time which will remove your profile and other personal information from view. Funseek, however, may (but is not obligated to) keep information about you that is on its system following your termination. 3. Transfer of Information

We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of Funseek or the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Funseek related to the business which collected such information, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. In such an event, Funseek will notify users who have provided email addresses when information about those users is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Information of Other Persons

You may decide to provide us with another person's email address so that person may be invited to visit the Service. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to visit the Service. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.

5. Cookies

The Service sends "cookies" to your computer when you access the Service or otherwise view content through any Funseek website. The Service uses cookies to improve the quality of the Service, make recommendations, and make the Service easier to use for our users.
